Richard Muhereza is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with deep interest in Technology, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws. He is a Member of The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) & The International Bar Association (IBA). He has benefited from working in some of the most prestigious Law firms in Kenya and Uganda. He founded & runs Richard Muhereza & Associates, a fast-growing Kenyan Law Firm focusing its practice on emerging technologies and the regulatory framework around them. He is also Founder & CEO of KnownAfrique, an award-winning Legal Tech Company currently pushing its flagship product HakiApp, a hailing App for Lawyers. He views himself as a modern Legal Practitioner bridging the gap between the Law, Technology & the people (both in their natural and artificial capacities).

Jounghwa Kililo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a Bachelor's of Law and a post graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Having worked in the New Kenya Cooperative Creameries, she is known for meticulous planning and execution of Board and Annual General meetings. Kililo offers expert advisory on the passing of resolutions, ensuring all actions are compliant with the Companies Act of 2015 and applicable laws. Kililo is an Active member of the Law Society of Kenya and FIDA Kenya, and has a proven track record of dealing with pro bono matters of all areas of law. She strongly believes in the right to representation as enshrined in the Kenya Constitution. She is a specialist in emerging jurisprudence within the ambit of Tech Law, with a keen interest on how legal representation can be accessed easily with technological expertise. Kililo also brings extensive expertise in criminal law, with a solid background of training under the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Kenya.

A Graduate of the UON BA Economics with 34-year working experience in large tier-1 banks in Kenya. Senior Executive in Client Relationships professional with wealth of experience in client portfolio management, stakeholder's engagement, customer experience and relationship management within the banking industry and public sector. Proven success in leadership, operational excellence, organizational development, policy development and compliance with keen understanding of elements of client acquisition and sustenance business. Excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational improvements. Recognized for inspiring management team members to excel and encouraging creative work environments.

Manages administrative work, coordinates schedules, facilitate effective communication within the firm and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Has passion in computer programming.

Edwin is a Telecommunications Engineer and technology native with a strong passion for scaling top consumer software products & services in both developed and emerging markets. Edwin obtained his degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Polytechnic University of Turin, Italy. He's handling all the tech related needs for the firm.
